Construction and Maintenance instructions
Requirements for the base layer
1. The moisture content of the base layer should be less than 8%, while waterproof treatment should be done on the basement and humid surface.
2. The hardness of the base layer should be larger than 1.2Mpa, the error for the base flatness (2m straight scale) shouldn't be more than 2mm.
Installation Instruction
1. Auto-flowing mortar should be polished within 12 hours after the completion of the construction.
2. Before the installation, the material should be kept unfolded for 2-3 hours so that the material can be stable.
3. After sticking, the surface of the floor should be treated by using rounded board without surface bubbles.
4. No one should be allowed to enter into the construction site within 24 hours after the construction.
Usage and Maintenance
1. Avoid scratching by sharp instruments or dragging heavy objects on the PVC plastic floor.
2. Don't place acid, alkali and other corrosive substances on the surface of the floor.
3. The mop without moisture can be used for daily maintenance clean, the detergents can be used to remove stubborn stains.
4. Waxing and polishing should be done regularly.
